Tomeka Cribb has over 20 years' experience in Human Resources and Recruitment. As President and CEO of Joynt, LLC, she specializes in recruiting diverse workforce talent for the cannabis industry. Tomeka has a wealth of experience in talent development, acquisition, and management. Her professional career has included management and director roles with both the City of Boston and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In these roles, she has been responsible for strategic staffing initiatives, as well as diversity and equity at work.
As an insightful and inclusive leader, she has an authentic style and a knack for communicating. In addition to her commitment to integrity, innovation, and vision, her passion for inspiring and connecting with people will be a catalyst for her company's success. Tomeka lives with her two children in Boston, MA and is an avid lover of animals, music, and skiing.
